We want to make your visit as comfortable as possible and make sure you are informed about any medical treatment.
If you have an appointment and need the services of an interpreter, please let us know before your admission date and we will arrange this for you. Contact details are on your appointment letter.
If you have been admitted in an emergency, let a member of staff know what your needs are as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements.

British Sign Language
We have audio induction loops in key areas throughout our Trust. An interpreter can also be requested on your behalf.
Please let us know before a planned admission and we will arrange a British Sign Language interpreter for you.

Large print, braille and text-to-audio
All information given to you throughout our Trust is available in other formats on request, including large print, CD and braille.
