Payments
You can make a variety of payments through our 24 hour secure internet payments system.
Online payments are accepted for:
- invoices: your 10 digit invoice number beginning with 36 can be found in the top right hand corner of your invoice
- prescriptions
- medical records access/search fees
- taxis
- charitable donations – please indicate the hospital and ward for donation
- other – if your payment does not fit into one of the above categories, please choose other and provide as much information as possible in the additional field. For example any course names, reference numbers or contact names you may have
There is no additional fee for paying through the internet.

Make an online payment

During the payment process you will be temporarily redirected to our online payments service which is being provided to the trust by the NEP Shared System Group (an NHS service provider). Please note that all payments made through this service are processed by Capita Software Services on behalf of the trust.
