If you or your child notice a problem with their hearing aid, an appointment is required with our audiology team.
Please see our referral and contact us pages for ways to contact us and make an appointment.
Tubing
Hearing aid tubing should be replaced regularly to allow consistent flow of sound and a snug fit around the ear. The hearing impaired teacher involved with your child can also help with this.
Ear-moulds
If your child has a custom fit ear-mould attached to their hearing aid, this will need replacing once your child grows as the mould often becomes loose.
A baby will often need regular replacements every few weeks although this varies from child to child.
An appointment is required for impressions for new ear-moulds.
