Care Opinion is an alternative way for us to get feedback from patients, visitors, relatives and carers.

It is a national independent feedback platform for all health services. Care Opinion is a non-profit website that aims to share experiences and opinions about health care across the UK.

Everyone needs health care at various points in their lives, making Care Opinion an ideal way to share stories and experiences. The site is an open forum where anyone can:

• See what other patients are saying about different NHS trusts
• Share their story so that others can learn from their experience
• See how health services have responded to comments from others

Our Trust is a subscriber to Care Opinion and our healthcare professionals can listen and respond to the experiences of our patients using this platform.

All published stories and reviews go to the Care Quality Commission which is the national regulator for the NHS in England. They are also shared with NHS Choices.
