North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust and South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust came together to operate under a group model as University Hospitals Tees in 2024.
Since then we have aligned our executive and leadership teams, most recently introducing clinical service units to manage clinical teams across both organisations, and launched our new UHT values and Caring Better Together Strategy.
The challenges and opportunities that face us in the future mean that we need to be clear on the direction for the group and to set ambition for how we are going to make a difference for our population over the next decade.
