Did you know there is a free, independent and confidential counselling service available for staff?
The professionally trained counsellors are experienced in a variety of issues which may be causing you concern, be it at work or at home.
Staff members can self refer for counselling by contacting Alliance direct.

Alliance hub
The Alliance Hub is a digital platform offering on demand wellbeing resources, including self-help tools, guides, training modules and mental health information.
To access the Alliance Hub, you will need to register and create an account with your work email.
You will also need the University Hospital Tees Licence Code. Please phone Occupational Health on 01642 383211 or email [email protected] to request the licence code.

The psychology training team run a number of workshops including mindfulness practice, neurodivergence at work, using self compassion to protect against burnout and compassion fatigue and many more.
The psychology training team also offer bespoke training to individual teams. Please complete the online form to allow the training team to understand and better meet your needs. Once received, they will review your request and respond via email.

As well as our internal health and wellbeing support service, we also have links with a number of organisations in our community which staff can access for free.

Impact on Teesside
Impact can provide colleagues with talking therapy, counselling and alternative therapies. The service can be accessed by phone on weekdays, however online referrals can be made at any time.
