Once you have referred for this type of surgery, our team will assess you. Depending on your general health and other medical conditions, we will offer you surgery at the University Hospital of Hartlepool or the University Hospital of North Tees.
Our team will take good care of you throughout your surgery and aftercare. If you have any questions about any of the treatment they will be pleased to answer them to set your mind at rest.
We offer our patients surgery under regional anaesthesia (nerve block) which means patients can stay awake during the operation and leave hospital more quickly following treatment.
