North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust supports and encourages both dental survey and screening programmes.
Tees Community Dental Service (TCDS) undertakes national dental surveys across four localities on Teesside, as part of a programme sponsored by the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) and North East and North Cumbria NHS.
The service aims to offer dental screening inspections to all special support schools for pupils across Teesside.
