Kate Nicholls

Kate is an experienced business leader, board chair and strategic adviser with more than 30 years’ experience leading complex organisations and influencing public policy. Former chief executive of UKHospitality, she currently chairs several national organisations and brings strong expertise in governance, stakeholder engagement, organisational change and strategic communications. Having grown up in the North East and now living in North Yorkshire, she is passionate about supporting communities and tackling inequalities and is a board member at Yorkshire Cricket Club. Kate is a member of UHT’s academic committee and charities committee.
