Diane is an experienced board leader with a background spanning healthcare, public health, social care and housing. Her most recent roles have been as a non-executive director at Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust and chair of Connect Housing, bringing extensive expertise in governance, quality improvement, partnership working and reducing health inequalities. She is passionate about patient-centred care and improving outcomes for local communities. Diane is a member of UHT’s people committee and shadow maternity champion.
