Pregnancy advisory clinic

Ending a pregnancy is a very difficult decision. Our specialist team of highly trained gynaecologists, specialist nurses and counsellors are here to help, providing a confidential termination service for up to 18 weeks of pregnancy.

Our safe and secure clinics are held at the University Hospital of North Tees and the University Hospital of Hartlepool.

You can self-refer by contact us directly or alternatively you can be referred to us by your GP or sexual health clinic (family planning).

Making an appointment

You can contact us directly for your appointment, on the numbers below from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm.

If you feel that you need some additional support, counselling will be offered to you before and after the procedure. Please don’t hesitate to ask for help.

Contraception can be given following termination or we will signpost you to the appropriate services.
