The Trust recently received a new photograph for its Tees Restaurant at University Hospital of North Tees.
Philip Elder, 51, is a local amateur photographer and gave the Trust an amazing photograph.
The ‘Thank U NHS’ spitfire recently flew over our region’s hospitals.

The stunning photo was gratefully received by Barbara Bright, Director of Corporate Affairs and Chief of Staff for the Trust.
Philip said that he wanted to get a good photograph and was all ready to go the first time it was due, but that was cancelled.
Second time he got a good spot near the airport and managed to get a great shot as it flew overhead.
“I’m happy to hand over a print to the hospital as a ‘thank you’ for all they do for us.”
