Staff have recorded a video message to thank teachers for keeping the school doors open. Or for helping in providing home lessons for their children.

Oliver has been staying at home and his teachers have provided him with daily lessons through an online portal and they go in, mark it and have been leaving lovely comments. It’s been really great. They also send messages on a weekly basis, just to check how they are. They have been fantastic, so thank you all.
Hi, my names Emma. I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff at fens primary school in Hartlepool. My children Harry, Archie and Evie have been going to school throughout the pandemic and they’ve been supported amazingly well and have loved being outside in the allotment. Thank you everyone.

The NHS has been the recipient of a huge amount of goodwill from the public of late, and we wanted to give some of it back and show our appreciation for the nation’s teachers.
