A year ago, a new alcohol care team was created at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust to target alcohol-related hospital admissions and wider health inequalities across the community.

This conference is for any health professional with an interest in alcohol care, its impact on communities and plans to address challenges.
