Thank you for your interest in procurement and supplies with North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust. This section acts as an interim communication for suppliers and contractors with regard to how the trust aims to contract in the future.

• Procurement rules

  The main procurement rules which are issued by the European Union are set out within the EC directive 2014/18/EC.

• Contracting opportunities

  When letting contracts we are obliged to follow our own set of procedures as well as European and National legislation.

• E-procurement

  The trust uses a bespoke electronic ordering system for the purchasing of goods and services. The system links directly into the trust’s financial management system.
