Early Pregnancy Assessment Clinic

Our specialist nurse led clinics provide expert care for women who are under 18 weeks pregnant.

If you have problems during early pregnancy such as pain or bleeding, or have had a previous ectopic pregnancy or a history of miscarriage, you will be referred to us by your GP, midwife, accident and emergency department or One Life Hartlepool.

We do not accept self-referrals. Please speak to you care provider if you feel you will benefit from the early pregnancy assessment clinic.

We can also direct patients who have had a miscarriage to support services and counselling if they feel they need someone to help them through what can be a very difficult time.
