Held as part of self-care week (18 to 24 November), patients and carers are being invited to share their lived experiences and suggest service improvements on Monday 18 November, 1.30 to 3pm at the Jim Cooke Suite in Stockton Central Library Church Road, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 1TU).
Wellbeing
The event aims to improve population health and wellbeing and reduce healthcare related inequalities. Refreshments will be served.
Kenneth Achinewhu, North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust lived experience lead, said: “Patient experiences are a top priority for us as an organisation. Listening to those who use our services can only be helpful.
“Patients and careers who share their views can help develop our services to deliver improved health outcomes and treatments.
“We want to hear from as many people as possible so we can listen, learn and improve together.”
