Kris Bell is a people development practitioner at our Trust. He is also a registered International Coaching Federation coach.
This ICF role is for trained professional coaches and recognised for representing the highest quality in professional coaching.
Part of his role includes carrying out coaching sessions with staff from across the organisation – both on a one-to-one and a group basis.

“The coach will work with you on a one-to-one confidential basis at a time agreed by both the individual and the coach (unless it is team/group coaching that is requested).
“The coach will use strategies to help you (or your staff) increase resilience and overcome personal fears, help discover capabilities, help develop a positive mind-set and channel new behaviours in line with the Trust’s values.
It can help you to explore options, opportunities and obstacles, as well as finding clarity/clear direction.
It is totally bespoke, so the individual/employee (or group) will benefit in a way that is the most effective and efficient for them, this is measurable by setting a commitment to change and achieving SMART goals set and agreed between the individual and the coach.
The coach will support and guide to help you/individual/group stay on track through to achievement of the goal/desired outcome.
