We’re thrilled to be able to share the latest of our long service event celebrations – which took place on Friday.
We are working our way through recognising our brilliant (and long!) list of longest serving staff members and it’s great to be able to acknowledge our employees.
Our latest in a series of events was held midday on Friday at the University Hospital of Hartlepool and saw more recognition for our colleagues, all of which have worked for the NHS for 30 years and in quite a few cases, even longer.
Each were personally thanked by Chief Executive Julie Gillon and were invited to share their own career highlights.
Julie said: “You should all be very proud of what you have delivered for the NHS. You have all kept Stockton, Hartlepool and the surrounding areas moving with your dedication to your vocation, and that is what your career has been, a vocation. You have all shown true commitment and devotion and I have been proud to be your chief executive these past six years.
“Personally, it’s a real pleasure to be able to take the time to thank you all for your commitment and contribution to making North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust what it is today.”
