You are invited to take a behind-the-scenes look at state-of-the-art breast imaging facilities at the University Hospital of North Tees hosts a special breast screening open day on Monday 1 December, 9am to 4pm.
The event is open to everyone, but the hospital particularly welcomes women due to attend for their first appointment and those with disabilities or additional needs.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet the expert breast screening team, tour the mobile screening unit, learn about the screening process and ask questions in a relaxed and supportive environment.
No imaging will take place on the day as clinical imaging is by invitation only.
