The Equality Delivery System (EDS) has been designed to help NHS organisations to review and improve their performance and support in meeting the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED). The EDS supports the outcomes of the Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) and the Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES).
