Meet your people promise manager
Demi Wild is a registered nurse who has worked across the NHS within various departments at both North Tees and Hartlepool and South Tees Hospitals since 2012.
She is dedicated to making our trust a place where all colleagues feel valued, supported and empowered and where patients receive the best possible care.
Demi said: “I am looking forward to meeting with teams across the trust and would love to hear from people about how I can help within their areas.
“Focusing on the seven NHS people promise themes, we can positively impact our trust’s culture to support a healthy work life balance for all our staff – to make the NHS the workplace we all want it to be. I’m excited to build on the amazing work that has already been carried out across the trust as part of the plan.”
