Our stop smoking advisors are friendly and non-judgemental. If you have smoked a cigarette speak to your advisor and they will be able to help you.

Stop smoking medication will take all the cravings away

Stop smoking medications help reduce the severity of cravings and withdrawal symptoms if used correctly. Your advisor can talk you through the different medication options available and can provide these on prescription (or vouchers for Nicotine Replacement Therapy).

I want to use an e-cigarette so I can’t access support

Although we can’t supply e-cigarette or vapourisers, we can still provide behavioural support that can make a big difference to someone’s chances of remaining quit in the long term.
