Making a complaint

If you wish to make a complaint, you can do so by writing to the patient experience team.

We will do our best to make sure your experience is as comfortable and pleasant as possible and that you receive the highest standard of care whether you are in one of our hospitals or in the community.

If you are not happy with any part of your care or service you receive at the trust, please tell a member of staff as soon as possible. It is often easier to sort out problems as they arise. If you are in hospital, you can ask to speak to the person in charge of the ward, the matron for that area or a patient experience team advisor.

Please be reassured your care or the service you receive will not be affected as a result of you making a complaint. Staff will do everything they can to resolve your concerns.
