Tesco toy donation gets appeal underway
North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust has received a welcome kick-start to its Christmas toy appeal with a donation of toys from Tesco.
The Trust is taking part in Cash for Kids’ Mission Christmas toy appeal, collecting new, boxed toys to be donated to local children who otherwise might be without a gift this Christmas.
As well as starting the appeal with a generous number of toys, the supermarket has also loaned four shopping trolleys to help collect the toys that staff, patients and visitors will be donating.
Toys can be donated at the reception of University Hospital of North Tees or the security office of University Hospital of Hartlepool until Friday 13 December.
For more information, visit the Cash for Kids website.
