Benefits include:
Development and education
We are committed to developing our future leaders. To support our current and future leaders, we have commissioned several bespoke leadership programmes.
We have invested in technology such as e-learning as well as more traditional teaching methods. We have invested in a state of the art simulation suite, which allows our clinical staff to learn by creating specific scenarios in a safe environment.
Reward and recognition
Our Shining Star Awards recognise and acknowledge the staff and volunteers who go above and beyond the call of duty. The annual event allows staff, including volunteers, to be recognised by their colleagues for the contribution they have made to their work.
Supporting your health and wellbeing
We are fully committed to the health and wellbeing of our staff, so that they can reach their full potential, be energised, motivated and committed to providing the very best care to our patients and service users. You can read about what we are doing in our health and wellbeing strategy.
