The Trust gives notice that it will hold elections to the Council of Governors of the North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.
Elections are to be held for the following positions:
Seven Public Governors in the following constituencies:
- Public: Stockton (4 vacancies)
- Public: Hartlepool (2 vacancies)
- Public: Easington (1 vacancy)
Two Staff Governors in the staff constituency
A Nomination form to stand for election to these positions can be obtained from the Returning Officer at the address shown below.
All Nomination papers should be received by the Returning Officer, Caroline Hinchcliffe, at the address as detailed below, by Noon on Friday 16 October 2009.

Faxed or emailed nominations will not be accepted.
Should any nominee wish to withdraw their nomination, they must put this in writing to the returning officer by 5pm on Wednesday 21 October 2009.
Ballot papers will be distributed to qualifying Members on Thursday 5 November 2009. Completed ballot papers must be received by the Independent Scrutineer by noon on Wednesday 25 November 2009.
